A friend sent me this, asking if this person, or @krotos.bsky.social had anything to do with Jurassic World Rebirth, the answer is NO, I have no idea why Krotos is seemingly running what may be a pretty misleading ad that sort of implies it. But to be clear, I do not use Krotos software EVER.

Sad that this company ELVTR is posting ads like this on Facebook and other places. This person does trailers, he is not the sound designer 'behind' any of these projects. So sad and disrespectful and deceptive. I hope people do not support them @elvtrcom.

Gutted today at this news. Don Hall was one of my earliest mentors, and I was his teaching assistant at USC. I am mad at myself for not staying in touch and visiting him more. The world lost a wonderful man, teacher, and sound supervisor. He was one of the kindest, generous person I never knew.

Nice, be really careful about the tripod mount underneath. it's very prone to cracking, breaking, it's a lot of weight to be held up by that mount, the slightly push on it and it will likely crack the entire case. I found out personally.

We're in the 'cold and damp' part of our year, but it's nice to see some color start to reappear in the landscape.
