Honestly im sharing this again because I was told I'm almost at 95% of the goal that was set.

Essentially it’s fruit of the same tree. They’re still using ableism and applying it to trans people. Anyone who defies “normalcy” is considered disabled by their society whether they have a disability or not.
hi Imani! do you have an explanation for why trans people have become *the* scapegoat for this administration rather than e.g. disabled people? (since eugenics/fascism rise during a pandemic, I thought more backlash would be against disabled people/those who the RW think "make the nation weak")

Several faculty and students were given this designation with no explanation of why other than “violation of university policy.”
In my case, the violation could only have been filming interactions between campus cops, administrators and students during a peaceful sit in.

NYU Campus Security and Administration is totally out of control.
On Wednesday - I filmed a peaceful protest in Bobst library for two hours.
Yesterday at 2pm while at home,
I received an email explaining that I’ve been designated “persona non grata” and banned from several buildings on campus.
