Ok, kitten is still here but I typed this up from memory. This is my basic white bread. This is for my dinner rolls which is a big hit at holiday dinners, but you can instead shape into two loaves at step 12 and make a great bread too. All natural, no preservatives, freezes well. Don't put in fridge

Here ya go. Very easy to make too, just takes time to let it rise. Sourdough starters are very easy to make, this is what I used. Doesn't take a lot of time at all, and once it's done you can happily ignore it for weeks.
