Beautiful love film about how cruel the human memory can be, also rocks some of the most gorgeous cinematography ever. I also love the way it contrasts this romance with a background of war and destruction. It's a wonderful and very human work of art that I highly recommend.

Rewatched The Brown Bunny earlier. I found it hypnotic and meditative this time around, I think it's one of the loneliest and most vulnerable movies ever made, and I think it was very unfairly hated at release. It's extremely beautiful, and I wish Vincent Gallo wasn't such a tool.
