The video is wonderful and calming but I must admit the doggy was my highlight cause I burst out of laughter in the middle of short meditation 🤣🤩 I mean look at him!!!

Please consider leaving dead leaves and not cutting all the grass in your garden/plot. It's extremely important for #biodiversity, quality of soils and #resilience to #natural #hazards.
