Achievement unlocked: Six 20kg kettebell goblet squats w/ hands cupped around the inverted bell, not holding the handle.
I picked up the bell in the dark this morning thinking it was 16kg. "Gee, I'm having a hard time w/ 16kg." In daylight I saw it was 20, and just now I proved it not a fluke.

"Hey" as a salutation reminds me of the somewhat hostile "Hey, you."
I wouldn't like all the smartphone assistants activated w/ "Hey." How much longer can I go w/o a smartphone?
On the bright side, more people may object to "Hey" now:
"Don't talk to me like I'm Siri or Google or whatever."

I've made the point that fictional good and bad/law enforcement and outlaw live up to the sense of justice we wish reality would. That overlooks many times fictional/TV good guys bend the law.

I've never assumed continuity between one Bond actor's #Movies and the next's. They're all #JamesBond but different versions of Bond. Moore's Bond was far from Connery's and there was no explanation, nor was one needed. Relax and have fun.

"I don't want to charge charities because that's opposite my morals."
"I don't work w/ brands b/c I don't want to influence you to buy brands."
It may be just for now, but now matters most.

Was wishing for a way to anchor resistance bands low. Then I recalled one reason I chose kettlebells for weight training: I can loop bands through their handles. And so I looped a band through two bells and did low woodchops.

Trump's criminality should've prevented him from being POTUS, but America is as or more susceptible to corruption via money, propping up the rich as the pinnacle of capitalist society. Knowing such injustice was possible, we should have nominated and elected a true public servant w/o wealth.

The possible deal to end the shutdown is like any deal: Each side wants to take the other to the cleaners. Neither ends up with everything they want. A.k.a. compromise, a.k.a. deal.
