Very yum, it's technically called Ambrosia salad, if you google that you'll be about on it, few different variants but that's basically it, circa 1870 by earliest known recipe. It's genuinely delicious!

Found a gem today whilst sorting through the long avoided storage boxes left in my care when I lost my mum to cancer several years ago. I avoided going through them for years, the box contained no less than a dozen books printed earlier than 1900. Yes, the box smells AMAZING 😍.
