What a disgrace for soccer!
FIFA, soccer’s historically corrupt governing body, will name the winner of its first-ever “FIFA Peace Prize" today. Trump is widely expected to win, showing the moral vacuum of all concerned. A legitimate organization would move the World Cup out of the U.S. because of the abuse of immigrants.

Tanner Tessmann wins the award for biggest Thanksgiving sacrifice for soccer. Not only does his club, Olymique Lyonnais, always seem to have Europa League fixtures on Turkey Day, they are road games in far-off places. Last year Baku, Azerbaijan. This year Tel Aviv. #USMNT

With just one game left, all 5 #CONCACAF WC qualifying spots (in addition to the 3 for the hosts) are still up for grabs! 3 going to the WC and 2 that get a chance via an inter-confed playoff will be determined between 8 and 10pm Tuesday. Buckle up! I may have to duck out of the #USMNT friendly.

I know crowds will get huge by end of the Women's UCL. But 4500 for the reigning champs in their opening match against another power is disappointing. I was at a routine Washington Spirit game on Sunday with an announced crowd of 17,422.
