Well, it partially depends. Do you have a PPO, EPO, or HMO. But if you go to their website, and do a search of in network providers, you can see who accepts them and sometimes you can add filters. Then, look them up and do research and then make an appointment with them having them become your PCP.

Invite those that you want. For me, we had family and friends at a reception sometime before the wedding day. The day of, it was just us and our witness. So invite those you do want to be there with you (as many or few that you want).
