Yep! Were largely on a positive track. The problem we have is our 1st XI is very good, but the entire squad is pretty average. If we get CL this season there’s no way we can realistically buff out the squad to compete in both. EC or EL would be a great achievement.

Yeah, it’s a risk, I get it. I understand why the club would sell & not buy. The squad cost control measures are likely to be a pain. We’re probably just getting ahead of the curve.

I don’t think losing Kelly changes much anyway. As much as everyone wants signings, the message has been consistent from the club.
