Is this an actual restriction in the dev tools or has just nobody done it yet?

I just wish it was better at doing this, right now there's no way to identify games with Switch 2 upgrades on the eshop. I just wish I knew which games would run at 1080p in handheld. Have any third party games recieved upgrades at all?
