They had been fucking in a less strenuous position beforehand but Douglas decided to flip Willow onto his back after the man was mouthing off, folding him in half. The thing about tanking anxiety in XIV is that the game has simplified tanking to a degree where most tanks are actually just going "im da king of da highway" through the whole dungeon without pressing buttons, and you likely won't realize it unless you've played for like 7,000 hours. So dw about it
