Cabling is easier, cos you don't need a separate needle, although nothing stops you using one.

My purl was wrong here, but it didn't matter.

My first attempt this time round.
A light blue knitted swatch with stocking stitch borders, and a 2 strand cable surrounded by purl stitches. This is knooking, knitting done with a crochet hook and cord.

Fabulously foggy morning. Too good not to go for a walk in, especially as this rarely happens round here.

I miss the fog horn.
Looking down a straight path with grass on each side. The trees and houses in the distance are obscured by and only just visible through the fog. A very foggy morning walk. To the left, looking through a tall green wire fence, is a white tower block looming out of the fog with a rather ghostly appearance. It's phasing.

Beautiful moment this morning, as an Irish Wolfhound puppy meets a Dachsund puppy. The sausage is smaller than his head.

Q r/BaldursGate3 SPOILER How to get Astarion to wear clothes? Act 1 - Spoilers Very mild start of game spoilers ahead. Well, this is an odd question, but my group is new to Baldur's Gate as a whole and when we started the game, we ran into a sketchy character who seemed like he was leading us into a trap. So we did what any good adventuring party would do, and knocked him out and stole everything off of him. I claimed his underwear, which told us this man's name was Astarion. As it turns out, he is one of the camp NPCs in the game so my friends went back later to find him, and sure enough, he was back, but now fully naked. They recruit him anyways and the next time I play with them I find a naked man in our camp. The novelty has worn off at this point and we realize that since we are a group of four, we do not have a way to recruit him to our party and give him items. This is less a problem for the other players, but as the halfling of our party, I have a far more unfortunate view of the man when talking to him... Anyone know of how to give him some new clothes to wear so we no longer just have him hanging everything out in camp?

This year's Hibiscus. #Hibiscus

Bit late, as I haven't been walking round there so much, so already passed it's best.

This is the best one in town...
A glorious Hibiscus bush in a roadside garden, that has both white flowers, and purple flowers on. Not sure if it's one or two bushes. On the pavement by the wall, mostly the white flowers are visible, with the purple ones being towards the top of the bush. Hibiscus flowers both have 5 petals with a red centre and a rather long central prong. The petals are either purple or white, but are the same. A close up of a white Hibiscus flower. It has 5 white petals with a red centre, with fine sweeps of red up the white petals, like it's been painted. It also has a rather long off white central prong.

A magnificent gazania (apparently).
A flower with long narrowing to points vivid yellow petals, each with orange stripes vertically in the centre. The middle of the flower is yellow. The flower is by slabs, and growning amongst its leaves. There are several finished ones also around.

More Roadside #Blossom

A blue crochet cushion with a black border. In the centre is a white speech bubble with, WTF ?! inside. A blue crocheted bag made with recycled cotton, which was so sheddy it was horrible to use... lese turquoisey blue than it looks here. A double bed sized blue crocheted blanket. Quite plain except for a simple row of raised bobbles every 20 odd rows, I forget. A crocheted dog jumper, stomach side up. The body is the same blue as the blanket, the trim and ribbing a light blue. The jumper is laid on a bed. No dog in it, sorry.

My mum used to do that. They had great personalities and were quite intelligent. They could also be very nasty to each other. And if the egg process went wrong, it was horrible. We really miss them, but she couldn't do it again.

After yesterdays media consumption, I guess I'm more influenc(e?)able than I thought.
A tin of kenco instant and ground coffee, and a bag of custard donuts. Yesterday I posted articles about custard powder explosions, and a documentary about the making of a 1960s ad campaign to get young people drinking more coffee. Just instant coffee, no brand.

It's fine. It can be confusing as they don't make it obvious. If you clicked on the 3 dots in the top right when looking at a feed, you should get a screen similar to this, where creators described the feed and how to use it.
