Operation dad-bod - Day 44: I had 3 rest-days (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day) but I've been rowing 5km for every other day. I have a gym induction tomorrow for a six-week blitz to try and take my health routines to the next level.

Day 42 - operation dad-bod: I think I've figured out the trick to continuous rowing over the 3km and 2km distances I row: try not to row the entire distance in the first two minutes! I've started to add other bits of exercise to the routine too.
