Francis E. Dec apology form
a form for apologising to Francis E. Dec Esquire, who was a Polish-American former lawyer and outsider writer, known for his writings about paranoid delusions he suffered from. It includes a list of reasons as to why the person is apologising to Francis Dec with boxes to tick next to them, mostly in relation to themes Dec wrote about. The reasons being, "The Frankenstein Controls made me do it", in regards to mind-control technology Dec believed to be implanted in every human, "I was jealous of Mister Dec", "I am not Polish-Slovene", due to Dec's belief that they had had an advanced empire thousands of years ago, "I am a judge/CIA Gangster/other member of conspiracy" in reference to groups Dec believed were conspiring against him, "The Worldwide Mad Deadly Communist Gangster Computer God forced me", the Worldwide Mad Deadly Communist Gangster Computer God being a sentient computer that rules over humanity and is solely responsible for the many conspiracies Dec believed in, and finally, "the typerwriter made me vomit", which is a reference to one of Dec's rants where he believes his typewriter was sprayed with an odor that makes him vomit by government gangsters. It ends with another box to tick, stating that the person filling it out will respect Francis E. Dec Esquire and will not talk ill of their "only hope for a future". The last part is due to the fact that Dec ended most of his rants with the phrase "for your only hope for a future".
