When stuff looks like things i can actually deal with people. When there's nothing else for my attention (and theirs) to hit, i'm fucking useless, floundering and to be honest with you feeling like i want to blow my brains out to make it stop.

Well i can't fucking deal with looking people in the eyes or talking with them much thanks to the the reasons i got a medical weed card to go to them before it went rec. so like, thanks for rubbing in how much the gray shithole you idiots made everything into makes me even more awkward and othered.

And yeah letterboxing is a thing. Unless the OS is trash there should be some kind of "letterbox" option or automatic compensation protocol that does it for you.

Eh, well i'd say not much of it is worth the care, and pan and scan is good stuff. Its good to break that addiction to having to see every tiny grain in everything. You end up realizing the only real difference between HD and 4k is fake pixels, and between SD and HD is digital compression.
