Ich habe gestern Abend für meine Eltern einen Fahrgastrechte Antrag bei @bahn.de gestellt, weil sie eine Stunde Verspätung mit dem ICE hatten. Super bequem in der App, 2 Minuten Arbeit. Der Antrag wurde HEUTE abschließend (und positiv für sie) bearbeitet. Das ist wirklich top!

Is there any open source survey platform that is as convenient as qualtrics? I like qualtrics a lot but it’s just too expensive. Lime survey ux is terrible, any advice is welcome #surveys #academia
