Yayyyy!! I've always felt that ECP, with its proximity to residential areas and businesses at the shopping center, on San Pablo Ave., and in Albany, had strong potential to become a real community area in its own right. This is fantastic news.

Sure, but even in dense cities like San Francisco these attitudes are prevalent. It's one of the original and most NIMBY cities in the world.
