Coffee Break Italian is great; either as a standalone or alongside other courses. I just really like the format.
I used to like Duolingo for pumping out vocab, but it’s kinda useless now as a free app
I primarily use Babbel. It’s the best app-based one I’ve found. It’s the only one I pay for

You’ve noticed-a ending nouns are usually feminine while -o are usually masculine?
Check out the podcast Coffee Break Italian. It’s a great format and very welcoming in that it builds on each previous pod. If you do find it too fast, just slow it down on your player.
