Game 27 is Mortal Kombat: Special Forces!
This thing sucks, it’s not even broken or funny bad, it’s just incredibly boring, a nothing game. Makes no use of MK aside from having Jax and Kano there. It has vibes of someone who thought MGS would be better without all that pesky sneaking and talking.

Honestly not the worst thing? The gameplay was kinda janky and the cutscenes were goofy, but charming! Really appreciated it in the context provided by the Legacy Kollection documentary. The added modern controls and rewind also helped a ton!

ACTUAL pro tip if you’re playing on Switch 2:
Enable modern controls, then go into the console button mapping and swap the left and right stick.
Sub-Zero will now change direction with left stick input, and d-pad input will act as classic controls!

Not really a game, more like an interactive short film. Not really a “short” film either I guess, it says I played for 7 hours! Extremely funny stuff presented in such a unique way, really grew to love the bite-sized shows and the small story that unfolded across them!

Overall a solid co-op experience! So many fun and clever game mechanics, though it felt like it was missing a final level combining everything, it just kind of ends. Difficulty was also a bit all over the place, shockingly demanding at times for more casual gamers.
