I'm the exact opposite. Tell me your best estimate how long it's gonna take and I can probably find something to fill the time with. Even if it's just staring into the void for 20 seconds. Don't try to hog my attention with random stuff I may or may not care about.

There's just no way around using password managers. I don't care what mental tricks you use, if you can remember your passwords, it's pretty much guaranteed they are not secure.
