The proposed project is not on that one main road (SFD) and has very limited access to SFD through narrow side streets that already have issues during high traffic hours.

20+ year Fairfax resident speaking. The situation here is mess up. The housing needs to happen but this may not be the right project in size and scope. The wildfire hazards are real. Fairfax and the proposed project are located in a high fire hazard severity zone. And there is ONE main road out.

I'm not naive about the complications. But we are in this state on the edge of total constitutional collapse because no institutions, no leaders, no one is willing to enforce laws against wealthy conservative actors. I'm not naive about the law, either. But what if someone tried?
