We are under contract on a house in Martinsville VA.
We flew my 18yr old daughter out for the summer. She lasted 2 weeks. I am devastated. I'm trying real hard not to take it personally. But I'm having a hard time keeping it together

Doing virtual tours on houses are pretty weird. The house my wife was absolutely in love with turned out to be a total pile of shit. We did another one this morning. Liked it a lot, just needs a little too much TLC for the price. If they come down $20k...on to the next one
