And I’ve been doing it for so long I don’t know how to stop it. I just want to cry. I want to feel something. I’m so depressed. I’ve been clean from SH for over 4 years but holy fuck I wanna relapse. I’m doing so fucking bad and I have no one to go too. I feel so alone and so hopeless.

🫂🫂🫂 I feel the same way about my parents. So I understand. That’s a big reason I knew why it wouldn’t have been right to go through with it. I don’t wanna end up like my parents esp when I feel like I’m even less ready than they were. Appreciate you. 🫶🏻
