The Animation Guild has a tentative agreement with the AMPTP- AAA WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!!! in order to save myself some time explaining what a ratification vote is/does, I made a complicated and kind of ugly flow chart, to hopefully make things less complicated and ugly for the average person.

This is what 60,000 signatures on a labor petition looks like. It’s what hundreds of animation workers are delivering to one of our big animation bosses tomorrow. We won’t back down until we get a fair contract to save our jobs.
