R.I.P My Jem

Well that was horrifying: 1 of my 2 18yr old cats had blood covering the side of his head but thankfully post clean up it seems the damage is minor; a jagged cut to the edge of his ear where I think either he caught it with his claw while scratching or it was my other cat Jem

Yay, nice little bit of a mood boost: The first bloom from one of my dozen or so planted Dwarf Sunflower seeds (only five are growing at all so the seeds didn't germinate or were eaten I guess). Pity I can't seem to stop pests chewing the leaves.

My two cats & two dogs. Brown cat is Jem, white cat is Odin, little dog is Bella, bigger/medium size dog is Buddy. My cats are about 17yrs old (had them about 12yrs) & my dogs are 8yrs old (had them since they were about 7wks old).
