The heatwaves this summer have been kicking my butt especially w/ starting new meds that make my POTS worse. Seems like there’s no end in sight anytime soon.

She knows the road is the easiest way though the canyon area.

This is why we promote keeping the old bridge over the Yellowstone, saving the $50 million earmarked for it's removal & showcasing it as a wildlife overpass.

🧪 Is anyone aware of any efforts to preserve the public information currently available on the EPA, OSHA, FDA, and USDA websites? There is a lot of critical scientific reference material on those sites, and I'm afraid that much of it might be removed next year.

for a lot of people today might not be about thanks.

maybe it’s stressful. sad. confusing. depressing. empty. lonely. maybe it’s simply any other thursday.

whenever you are emotionally today, there are unseen crews serving you.

and unseen connections who care about you.

every day.

POTS is kicking my ass today. I feel guilty for not helping with food prep but I literally cannot stand up without my heart rate spiking dangerously and nearly passing out today.

It’s taken two years of PT to reach this point after my knee was cleaned out, but I’m officially back to doing mid-distance runs! It’s much needed stress relief.
