A couple things would be to attach a positive to the negative, so set up some kind of treat system to every response you receive, and also if it really starts getting to you, you could give your email to someone trusted so you aren’t seeing it (I did this and it was a huge help)

SWEET LIL BABY!!! I love turtles too and this was absolutely heartwarming and sweet, not depressing at all!!
