Long story short: Cover every square inch of white meat in compound butter and Julia Child’s method of cheese cloth soaked in butter and wine on the breast while roasting. Take it off towards the end when you want to brown the breast.

To each their own, but for me it has an after taste I don’t like. I don’t drink regular Coke either much anymore.
