I’ve always thought sound powers were cool but I like the oddly specific subcategory of “memory hearing”. Noncombatant abilities are always neat too and it’s just a fun way to take innocuous stuff like headphones or a recording device and make it a power. Why I love Earphone Jack

God Stardust Crusaders is so funny. I love whenever the gang ends up just screwing over random people like Polnareff burning some dudes business down or against Wheel of Fortune where they don’t know who the stand user is so they just attack everyone in the vicinity

I think the funniest thing about Centuria is that Lukas is very obviously inspired by Odin. But not the mythological one, the Final Fantasy summon. No crows, no beard, no eyepatch. Dark Knight with oneshot-ing weapon

I hope Shatter and Dropkick get put in more stuff. I think they’re just great fillers of the standard decepticon ranks because decepticon intelligence can feel very centralized to like 6 characters so just having competent foot soldiers makes this galactic war seem a lot more feasible

First watch of Aliens today for October. I’m surprised that for all Metroid takes from these movies, I don’t recall Samus ever jettisoning anything into space. Everything just always explodes and I don’t think she’s ever had to fend something off inside her gunship
