They recovered over 180 bullet shells at the CDC. Debris from shattered glass is still being cleaned up. I am completely stunned at how quickly the news cycle has moved on. This was an act of terrorism targeting public health experts, and the response seems to be a collective shrug.

All the lead pipes in Flint, Michigan have been replaced, save for abandoned houses or those whose owners opted out of the free pipe replacement. This is the work of so many people who spread the word and showed up over and over again to hold Michigan accountable for the replacement project.

Back from the beach!!! Aaaaah it was so nice. Extremely loud - the boardwalk was right next to our hotel room (8 stories down) and there was a little fair with rides as well as the beach right there, so there was loud music and people smoking and yelling and all - but I got used to it! (Ear plugs👌)

Back from the beach!!! Aaaaah it was so nice. Extremely loud - the boardwalk was right next to our hotel room (8 stories down) and there was a little fair with rides as well as the beach right there, so there was loud music and people smoking and yelling and all - but I got used to it! (Ear plugs👌)
Packing to go to the BEACH for a few days!! Very exciting - I just hope my energy holds out long enough for me to get a fair taste of sand and waves. Fingers crossed!
