this is why running indoors is the absolute worst
"Long distance running must be so hard with ADHD!" I've seen/heard that before.
But here's the thing: it's actually EASIER with ADHD.
Literally every butterfly, dog, piece of trash blowing the wind, flower, fun-shaped cloud, etc. makes the run more interesting. My brain basically resets.
