Discrimiation and bigotry will not be tolerated. Any Disparaging behaviors on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, disability etc is not welcome within our event space and you will be asked to leave. Event organizers, volunteers, and attendees are equally responsible for fostering a welcoming, kind envrionment whenever possible. However, no organizer, volunteer, or attendee is a substitute for a medial or psychiatric professional. If you are experencing significant distress we encourage you to seek medical intervention. COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. Please ask before taking photos. Do not approach or engage an attendee in cosplay as if they are they character unless there is mutual agreement to do so. Please speak to an organizer or volunteer before confronting a potentiall-distruptive member. The event venue is a shared space and we ask all attendees to defer to an organizer to handle the situation. Some Sk8_Cupsleeve organizers will be wearing masks and we strongly encourage to do the same. This is to minimize the potential spread of infectious diseases suchas COVID-19 and influenza. While we cannot require attendees to wear a mask, we will provide extras at no cost.
