This is true, but I think they're fine with this. Welcome it even. New culture is a nuisance at best and dangerous at worst. Dead culture is safe and easy to control. For them, English culture was decided and fixed a long time ago, and we don't need any new stuff to complicate the postcard.

Pleased to say I have completed the 10km swim challenge by the start of the second week. I am going to increase target to 15km and go from there. Thanks to everyone who donated. I really do appreciate it x

Sorry to jump in here Dave but have you or your brother in law seen about white noise generators? NHS got me a pair and they are life changing. Still have bouts but they are bearable when wearing them
