NMNT is a community of people who want to have a more liveable city and a good sleep. Opinions here are my own, but should be somewhat connected to reducing noise for the benefit of people and our planet. Noise is a public health, equity and climate issue.
Those are often called convenience sounds. Well, a car alarm may not exactly be convenience, the beeping for the car locking is one and programmed from the manufacturer. This could actually be put to silent. You can hear your own door locks lock. No need to let the neighbors know!

There are cameras in New York City and they are actively targeting the right Vehicles. Sending tickets in the mail and those tickets are holding up in court!
