I think part of what makes this viewpoint about how you need to "promote alternative views" wild is that it's something that feels very unique to twitter and it eventually made that place completely unbearable because "alternative views" became "you get ads that are just actual nazis"
I actually kinda dislike the framing of "bubble" or "echo chambers" because it implies a lack of access or knowledge of other viewpoints. That's not true.
I think a more accurate framing is that different sites have different *cultures*. And... that's kind of normal.
