He holds degrees in aerospace engineering, data science, and operations research. Outside work, he enjoys long distance accompanied by a good history podcast and improvising on the guitar.

Before joining Simprints, he led teams at the United Nations World Food Programme developing high-impact supply chain planning & optimization solutions, following earlier work as data scientist and project lead in an AI software company.

Together with Orbis International, the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and the Federal Ministry of Health Ethiopia, we’ve been tackling trachoma trichiasis, one of the world’s leading causes of preventable blindness, using Simprints’ biometric technology.
