I worked with a doctor from Paris 3 years ago and she mentioned the terrible Parisian traffic compared to biking in Copenhagen as the biggest contrast. So, I believe you, but in Copenhagen they want to remove fossile cars entirely from the city by 2030. That ambition will negatively impact many.

One important question is then what was the impact on the economy and cost/quality of living. There are so many ways to do this poorly. In Copenhagen, they destroyed the parking situation, now different politicians will fix it.
