He/Him | A person is 60% water and 140% other people's assumptions about them | realistically skeeting about video games, movies and politics at any given time
When people criticise people they don't watch, the criticism is only ever gonna seem plausible to others who don't watch them either. Usually that stuff is relegated to youtube comments or social media replies and disappears in the noise, but pie publicly and firmly on face after a *whole video*.

few things define the "content" era more succinctly than this did - just a faucet you turn off

Learning about some*one* will always be infinitely more compelling to me than learning about rulers and lands and kingdoms or whatever.

And then when that some*one*'s motivation ties into the rulers and lands and kingdoms or whatever - hey suddenly I am interested to learn about those.

using ai for this stuff always seemed to me like the perfect way to make sure things don't work like you intended

like having intent and then just adding like a little data asshole to the mix that goes "nah"

I wound up getting the Savage Raven NeoGrip, which gives you three grip options. It fits the dock but wraps around the entire unit so it stops the joycons from wobbling, which is nice. I like it overall but there isn't a perfect grip for me among them sadly 😅

I was so Sega pilled back then that I played and learned to love basically anything they put out. The fact that the game was limited to just one car was such a great entry point for me with more "realistic" handling, and funnelled me perfectly into Project Gotham and then Forza in the years after ❤️

I mean to be proper sober and real about it, Namco were arguably always the closest thing to another Sega

they just didn't continue to lean into camp and wackyness and charm as much, and here's Sakurai and a pink ball with eyes to change that

I was sure of this analogy when I made it but it just becomes more and more accurate the deeper in you go

I just realised the crafts that go straight in the direction you shoot off to can be minute controlled by tapping the button after turning the camera

THAT'S A SEGA 1996-2001 GAME REALISATION
