Have you tried keeping your own tomato seeds? It works well for me. As long as they aren't F1 hybrids, tomatoes tend to grow true.

Outdoor tomatoes are now in full flow, a month earlier than usual. This is the best way to eat them; a simple salad with salt, olive oil and a little splash of vinegar.

I've been introducing a little rye flour into my sourdough loaves. With only 10% rye, there wasn't much difference. I wanted to try a loaf with a more noticeable amount. So I discussed it with DeepSeek and I'm very pleased with the result.
