And incredibly our MPs & news providers stay there.
THAT is the problem. Not some bad editing choice on the BBC.

21. Protection - Massive Attack ft. Tracey Thorne
"I stand in front of you, take the force of the blow"
A beautiful, chilled-out track and Tracey's voice is beyond gorgeous 💜

23. Waterfalls - TLC
The '90s was a golden era for girl groups and, for my money, TLC were the pick of the bunch. They had the talent, the attitude, the looks and the message. CrazySexyCool indeed.
RIP Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes 🙏

25. Children - Robert Miles
Some blissed-out, euphoric '90s dance for a boring Thursday morning? Yes please. 🎵

His success will resonate throughout the world. A story where no one is left behind.
It's time to write that story across England & Wales too.

26. Sycamore Leaves - A-ha
As the Norwegian pinups are my wife's all-time fave band, they had to make my top 30, and this surprisingly dark and bluesy song shows they had more to offer than glossy synth pop. ( Not that there's anything wrong with that 😀)

28. Epic - Faith No More
I was gutted when the Chuck Mosely FNM split up, but then I heard this, er, epic track on Radio 1 about a year later. It sounded like FNM, but with a drunk toddler singing? In fact it *was* FNM and they were back, baby! ( I even got used to the toddler lol ) 🤘

29. The Answer To Why I Hate You - Symposium
Like S*M*A*S*H yesterday, another of my favourite live bands from the '90s, Shepherd's Bush's answer to Blink 182 - Symposium.
Again, they never really achieved chart success, but every gig was a riotous pop-punk party. Dude.
