Didn't post about it yesterday (it was one hell of a day) but I visited the start of Stage 1 of Czech Tour in Prague! Even with the hot weather I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice, only the horrendous presenter who butchered every single name and couldn't create a proper sentence was a bit meh.

Some memories of last year's race, yes, the startlist isn't ideal this year but I believe it's still gonna be very nice! The race should now apparently be available on Eurosport though so no pirating/VPN + Czech TV necessary anymore 👍 #CzechTour2025

Egan Bernal is out of contract in 2026... and I don't think he should stay at Ineos. His salary is high so not that many teams will afford him but Lidl-Trek, EF (if Carapaz leaves), Quick-Step or even Decathlon should go after him. Maybe Movistar but I'm afraid they prefer Ayuso.

I also met the only Algerian left in the race, Oussama Abdellah Mimouni of Madar Pro Cycling Team – he actually finished 55th on Dlouhé Stráně 👏 and then the French supertalent from Lotto, Matys Grisel 👍

I also managed to catch up with some of the riders 😁 when it comes to the Baby Bees, it was Patryk Goszczurny and Matisse Van Kerckhove (thx for suggestion @goldbluebirdie.bsky.social), whose teammate Aldo Taillieu decided to join in 🤣
