I was supposed to just make tuna steaks tonight, but I kept going and made a bowl. Roasted potatoes. Fried onions with cabbage and apples. Made a sauce with orange juice and peel, soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Used the sauce to glaze the tuna which grilled quickly in the hot pan. Not bad for zero prep

Creamy orzo with sun-dried tomatoes and I added some good olives to get some nice brininess in the flavour. I do not go easy on the parmesan!

Tried a new recipe out of a newspaper.
It was called Marry Me Orzo.

Basically finished this key lime pie. Just need to add some whipping cream.
Its a pain in the butt juicing so many tiny limes but it is worth it for that beautiful tart taste.
I like this with a ginger crust. It goes really well with the lime.

Wake up to these cheddar bacon sun-dried tomato muffins for breakfast.
I'll be bringing these to the playdate on Saturday.
Great with a soup or a Little on the go. Even better for the Caregiver watching them.
Had to add a little parmesan as I ran out of cheddar but still just as delicious.

Roast your chicken with the bread so it absorbs all the juices.
Nice mustard garlic currant dressing to give it a bit of zing.

Haven't posted a dinner pic in a while. Herbed encrusted pork tenderloin with prosciutto served with broiled tomatoes topped with mozzarella, bruschetta and a corn salad (Not made by me).
This is the best time for local tomatoes. Just so juicy! I could eat a BLT every morning for breakfast.

1) I will figure out a way to incorporate this into a rave outfit without being obnoxious.
2) Ring it for diaper maid service or every time someone leaks at a party.
3) Make a sub hold it and only ring it when they need relief.😈

A smokey maple mustard dressing tops it off.
Also made some chocolate walnut brownies. I have a whole pan and need help eating them. 🥹
