I get they need to hire who they think is best for the position, but it’s really disheartening to get praised and then rejected.

I don’t really want to quit, as it would be difficult to find alternative work that offers my hourly rate and hours I need.

It’s just been frustrating.

I’ve also been dealing with feelings of rejection and bitterness after being passed over for promotion for the third time in a row.

I’ve been told for the last two years that I’m an excellent candidate for promotion, and my supervisors want me in the role.

Democrats haven’t been in favor of leftists for many years now.

Corporate Democrats have long been ruling the party, and all they’ve ever been is conservative lite, and paid by the donors to maintain their status quo.
