I was definitely too nice in my feedback, but I'm hoping providing real examples of accepted fictional non-con will pull their heads out of their asses. It won't, but one can dream. I also forgot to add that I'm more concerned about false information from news accounts than naked drawings.

I was too kind, but if anyone wants ideas of socially acceptable fiction works containing non-con to help prove their point, these are a few. (Other people have also brought up many detective shows, including Law and Order, NCIS, CSI, Criminal Minds, and Bones)
