A 90-year-old precedent meant nothing to the majority allowing Trump to fire an FTC commissioner during litigation. This is no way to run a court, let alone a country.

In December 2023, Special Counsel Jack Smith asked SCOTUS to grant cert before judgement to hear Trump’s immunity appeal.
The court rejected that request and didn’t issue its immunity decision until July 2024.

January 6th is crucial context to so much of what the Trump regime says and does. The way it’s being erased by large outlets is complicity at a staggering level.
Stephen Miller was directly involved in one of the largest acts of organized domestic political violence the United States has seen in modern times, the Jan 6 insurrection. Any news org that doesn't make this fact central is helping Miller deceive its customers.
