Good mental health is important! For over 35 years, I have been looking for answers! Multiple diagnoses that never quite fit... depression, anorexia, anxiety, bpd! After some great appointments, I was advised to get a neurodiversity assessment! So ADHD is possible.... but the waiting lists are huge!

Yesterday, I tidied up my desk, binned all my nursing journals, and came across my award from UHI for exceptional support of their nursing student! Now, there is no nursing job and no possibility of one until the NMC investigates me due to limited options where I live 😞 #MoreThanMyPin
