Very good thread, including the linked journal. As someone who doesn’t follow new legislation (mainly due to a lack of time) I always value content like this and am consistently astounded by what the government and/or CPS find to be reasonable 🤯
I have known about the new CPS guidance on 'deception as to sex' for a few days, and I have deliberately held off on talking about it publicly whilst I discussed with some experts, but it looks like people have noticed.
