My dear friends, We are going on hiatus. Today will be our last stream for a bit... This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make, but one We've put off far too long... We desperately need a break. At first I wrote up a cheery message about going on adventure to refill the creative battery. Which, is true! But... not the primary reason. We need to work on Our mental health, clean out old wounds, build better defenses against the darkness. And to just sugar coat it, is disingenuous to the message we set out with when We first started streaming and sharing art again. When We started, We decided to be open about who We are, about being a plural system, about being bad at things - like reading chat and doing things on time, about being flawed, imperfect. Laughing at the scuff both on stream and Us as people. None of it was easy, but We did it to help others, like Us, feel a bit more seen. To feel like they belong, and so they don't feel the need to mask. And yet... We still masked. We haven't been honest about Our hardships. Behind the scenes, We've been struggling... For long time now, struggling and fighting... and working and pushing Ourselves... And rapidly approaching burn out. hiding the tears and frustrations. This is dangerous and NO ONE should suffer in silence! Even when they do it to themselves. So... I'm removing the mask. I write these words now, not for sympathy. But for understanding. PLEASE take care of yourselves. You mean the world to someone, to Us, whether you see it or not. This is something We need to learn as well. So... We are taking some time away from the stage. But, We'll still be around. I don't know how long we'll be. I hope We'll be back at some point. Y'all are amazing and We've never felt so filled with this much love and creative ambitions. Try and stop Us from creating now! We love each and every single one of you. I hope We'll see you again when we return. Until then, take care. <3 -- Siobhan of the Coyoli

I am not! But I did art for a friend that has protanopia!

It was really fun working with her to figure out her level of colorblindness (using simulation websites) and learning how she sees the world! (And doing it all without blowing the secret gift art)
