My workplace (Utah college campus) has now sent emergency alerts about the Kirk shooting (not affecting us) via Gmail, outlook, Teams, text, voicemail, work phone, and weird speakers in the hallways. So like…yeahhh

Hmmm. crossed paths with “Mr. Sunday” at the grocery store tonight. Our paths have randomly cross-crossed several dozen times since I named him Mr. Sunday while working at Movies 9 (he was a regular customer) in 1999. Such an interesting pattern.

Gawd medical insurance is dumb! They’re denying my claim for a medication because I haven’t “tried with appropriate response” two cheaper meds first. One could conflict with my other meds and cause stroke. The other could damage my fatty ass liver and cause it to fail. Wtf. So stupid.

Most mornings I stop at a 7-eleven on my way to work for some additional caffeine for the day. Today the lovely gentleman who is usually working was gone. His coworker told me that his wife and child were two of the people killed in the shooting in west valley this past weekend. 💔💔💔
